Beautiful design, works great, timers, holds a lot!
Ok FIRST OF ALL- This design is gorgeous. ð Bought this for my desk at work and currently diffusing On Guard to ward off any viruses floating around. It has 2 buttons: 1 button for light, the other button for mist. There are 3 timer options: 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour, or the option to leave it on. The light button runs through several colors or the option for no light. No assembly required. The base holds a lot of water. 1 fill for the week lasts me all week. I fill it up to the max line on Monday morningâ run it on 6 hours daily throughout the weekâ and empty/ clean it out on Friday evenings. Itâs very quiet. Easy to fill and easy to clean. Covers my office space with a nice relaxing scent that doesnât affect my coworkers working nearby. This is a great diffuser for the price.

Iâve recently learned how toxic candles and plug in scents are. And so I stopped using them, but Iâve noticed my house started smelling alittle stale because Iâm not using anything. So I started looking into essential oils and found there are some good smelling ones that are not harmful! So I wanted to try an essential oil diffuser.Well I really loved the look of this, itâs really cute stylish and has lights.It works really good. It last along time before it runs out of water. And when it does run out of water it shuts off. So you dont have to worry about damaging your oil diffuser while youâre at work wondering if it ran out of water.The lights are really pretty addition and has different settings to it.Itâs very easy to use.Itâs not loud at all, so if your someone who doesnât like loud devices, this one is it. Itâs very quiet.This thing is awesome for the price you pay.

Edit: the company reached out and offered a replacement in case the unit I had was defective. Iâve been using it for about two weeks and itâs been working perfectly, I might have messed the last one up or it really was defective. Either way, itâs still beautiful and I love having it again.This lasted maybe a month? It kept timing out, just preformed very poorly in general. I kept it sitting on a shelf a little longer because the light worked and it was very pretty – such a waste. Ended up throwing the whole thing away.

Great Customer Service!
We have had numerous Diffusers and ironically the $12 one is the best we bought this because it looks aesthetically better than a small white plastic cone and is larger capacity. However, we will be returning it. It does not produce nearly enough mist as the atomizer is the same exact size as small 100ml versions. After adding at least 20 drops of Gardenia oil we could not smell anything. 4 drops of this in the small one is pleasant and that one has an intermittent mode: 30sec On/30sec Off, so it last almost as long⦠however IT WORKS! This gurgles and does nothing for hours. It also drips a ridiculous amount of oil staining water when you remove the Lid ( which is a task in itself). I donât like the timer Buttons either. Too many button pressing to setup. Seriously, looks good as most choices are cheesy White or Fake Wood, but it just plain fails at the one job it is supposed to do.UPDATE: We did return the product already. However, Jack & Rose did reach out with excellent Customer Service. Credibility is key and I upped the 1 Star. Maybe I just received a Lemon. Will try again.UPDATED UPDATE: They sent another one at No Charge. It works well. Still not as much mist as a small unit, but at least it functions unlike the original one.

It’s elegant and sophisticated. I can put it anywhere in the house and it looks beautiful. The color is actually darker green.Jaina, provided superior customer service when I had an issue with prompt attention and resolution to my problem.I will purchase another in the very near future. Pretty, but doesnât really work ð¥²
I purchased this diffuser based off of the great reviews and the aesthetic appeal, it looks great with my decor. Unfortunately, this diffuser is only for looks. It barely puts out any mist, and you cannot smell anything. Iâve tried a few drops, Iâve tried many drops. Iâve done a number of different oils to see if it was just a more muted fragrance from the oil itself to no avail. The only time you can smell anything is when you put your nose right up against the water (which obviously you cannot do lol)I have just barely missed my return window which is a bummer because now I donât know what to do with this. Donating to the thrift, I guess.

There is nothing to dislike about the product! Itâs works extremely well, the amount of mist it puts out is just the right amount. Itâs not loud, the colors are just as you see in the video/pictures. Easy to setup, extremely. I was nervous about just pouring the water straight in bc. thereâs another opening actually inside the tank, not the air vent, I feel like the instructions could have mentioned that but other then that pour the water straight in press must and enjoy your diffuser!

Looks nice, breaks quickly
This was adequate for about 6 months, although it never released quite as much vapor as I wished it would, and then it broke completely.Update: While I wasn’t happy that this broke so quickly, I’m really impressed with this seller’s customer service, and have upgraded the number of stars I gave it accordingly. They refunded my money and gave me another unit, which so far is working well!
